e. Live Route Tracking During Active Shifts

Once a driver taps “Start Shift,” the Pine Hill MFG Delivery App sends the device’s GPS coordinates to dispatch every 30 seconds. This tracking continues during the active shift, including while the device screen is locked or the app is running in the background between deliveries.

We collect this location information so dispatch can:

Confirm delivery timing

Tracking automatically stops as soon as the driver ends the shift by tapping “End Shift.”
